Hyperic HQ: Project of the Month on SourceForge.net

As you may have already noticed, Hyperic HQ was selected as SourceForge.net's project of the month (see: http://sourceforge.net/community/index.php/potm-200801/ )

So what does this mean? Well, on the plus side, the advantages are obvious:

1. More visibility for Hyperic HQ
2. More users of our software
3. Opportunity to leverage a larger community for better software

There are, however, a few challenges as well:

1. More new users means more users unfamiliar with Hyperic HQ
2. More new users means (probably) more feedback to digest and place in the appropriate QA and support bins
3. Influx of new users can potentially overwhelm our current community infrastructure and leave users, developers and support engineers frustrated

As such, I would like to ask for your help. If you notice people asking the same questions multiple times, please consider using the HyperFORGE to lay out common questions and answers:

http://support.hyperic.com/confluence/display/hypcomm/HyperFORGE

Also, for any tips and tricks that you find handy, please consider placing those on the forge as well. For your reading pleasure, also note our community code of conduct, which took as its root Ubuntu's code of conduct:

Thanks!
