How to install hyperic server and agent Basic help

Hi All,

I am new to hyperic . Please tell me waht is procedure to install server and agent . I downloaded the latest version of hyperic . but i am getting problems while installation .Please give a as best as solution to solve this problem

What errors are you getting?

The basic idea behind the install is, you install the server on one machine, bring it up, install agents on the servers you wish to monitor, and start the agent so it can connect to the server.

Make sure the proper firewall ports are open between the hyperic server, and the server with the agent.
