HQ jboss 6 & 7 support

Hi,

We are trying to monitor Jboss as 7 and Jboss 6 in our environment.

I have  successfully installed HQ server and HQ agent(4.6.6). But I am not able see all Data source metrics for both Jboss 6 & 7.

I can see only Availability metric for Jboss 6.

can any one help me, do I need any other configuration?

Do you see a yellow message in the top that mentions of configuration changes that needs to be made? If I am not mistaken the Jboss requires manual configuration in Hyperic UI in order to monitor.

Didn't you have to do it for the Jboss 7 as well?

I have done the configuration manually. I can see some of the metrics(Heap Used,Number of Transaction) but I am not able find any metrics for Data source. can you clarify?

Hi Naveen,

  1. What kind of application deployed on JBoss ?
  2. Is there database on that application ?
  3. What kind of database ?
  4. Is that database on same JBoss local machine ?

In addition please attach agent.log
