I wrote lots of message about this problem, sorry if I wrote too many message about this.
Sortly: Example we have two servers on different companies. 192.168.1.1 hostname: localhostA Windows2003 and 192.168.1.1 hostname: localhostB Windows2003
We can successfully register HQ agents, they has different fqnd name. Like comp1.dyndns.org (2144 portforward-->192.168.1.1) comp2.dyndns.org(2144 portforward-->192.168.1.1) But HQ Server confused these agents, and only one agent metrics works ok.
based on what I'm seeing that's not going to fix your issue. It's actually by design that you are running into this issue and there'd need to be some reengineering of a few components to make it work right.
