Glassfish - how often are log files read when monitored?

Hi all,

I just configured Glassfish logs also to be monitored, but did not seem to find information on how often that data is collected? On HQ dashboard in metrics view there is not configuration for logs / events - atleast that I noticed of.

So will the logs be collected as often as any of the metric data is collected?

if I understand the sourcecode correctly the check-interval is 5 minutes. It's a global value and there is no way to change it from the UI yet, because it's hardcoded.

The default is actually 1 minute, TrackEventPluginManager.DEFAULT_INTERVAL

You can change this, value in seconds in agent.properties, for example two minutes:

track.interval=120
