Exclusion Time Period

Is there anyway to configure an alerting time exclusion period.

For example to either stop a poll for a certain time period or stop the larting for a certain time period, so when a service goes down for a planned outage you dont get loads of emails.

This would also be good if the avaliabliliy was not affect out of these time periods for SLA reporting etc

There are plans to add a maintenance window feature to HQ in the near
future. This feature would act just as you describe. It would allow
you to define a time period for a maintenance window and select
resources that will be affected. Alerts would then be disabled for
that time period. When the reporting feature is added, you will be
able to define whether maintenance window downtime counts as downtime
for availability reports.
