This is a tip rather than a question:
If you have upgraded from a 3.0 Beta release to the GA release you may notice a problem where Escalation Actions don't appear on the Escalation Configuration page.
If you shut down your web browser and clear out your browser cache this problem should go away. It is primarily a problem in Internet Explorer where it holds on to the old (broken) javacript code from an earlier release and fails to load the latest javascript code from the new release.
