Error installing Hyperic HQ agent

Hi,

I'm trying to install Hyperic HQ server and Agent using MSI separately .I successfully installed HQ server, but when start instillation of HQ Agent that time getting error "No subdirectories that contain agent found under C:\Program Files\Hyperic HQ Enterprise 4.6.6".

Guys please suggest if you have any idea regarding these issues.

Hi,

Please make sure that there is no space in the path.

for eg, c:\hyperic.

Clean up steps:

./hq-agent stop

go to </agent_dir>and delete data directory

go to </agent_dir>/bin

./hq-agent.sh remove

./hq-agent.sh install

./hq-agent.sh start
