Enable log tracking, permission denied?

I'm trying to enable log tracking for a service, but HQ only gives me this error message:

The configuration has not been set for this resource due to : Unable to modify config track config: Agent error: /var/lib/bacula/log: Permission denied

I've ensured that the hyperic user on the agent machine has read access to the log file, what else needs to be done?

Hi are you sure that the hyperic user can change to the directory and read the file ? Have you checked if the app has modified the file permissions again ?

Yes, I've confirmed this by logging on as the hyperic user and navigating to the directory and reading the file. No problems.

Would the hyperic user need more than just read access for some reason?
