Disabling Metric Collections

Hi,
I only wish to monitor the basics so I've disabled a number of collections for various services. I did this in Administration ->Monitoring Defaults Configuration > Win32 platforms.
Here for example I disabled the collection of "Swap Used". I would expect that once I disable this collection, it should filter down to all my windows boxes. It still seems to be collecting and monitoring this data though. I've restarted the server but no joy. Any ideas? Do I have to remove and add each platform again? Thanks,
Regards,
Joan

Hi Joan,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is indeed a bug
and has been logged (http://jira.hyperic.com/browse/HHQ-111). This
bug will be fixed in the next release of the software. Although a
bit tedious, you can go to each resource's Metric Data tab and
disable their metric collections from there.

Hi Joan,

The next releases of the open source and Enterprise Subscription are
both within the next 30 days.
