When creating new groups from XML, I know you don't specify the id field, but do you have to specify the "resourceId" ? If so, how do you determine what to use for a new group?
Also, does anyone know of any tools (free/open source, or that are included in in vFabric) to assist in generating XML (for groups and alerts)?
