Create an alert for a user-calculated statistic

I would like to create an alert on memory sorts compared to disk sorts - is this possible? The Oracle agent already collects both individual stats, but can I create an alert to determine if the sorts to memory are at least, 99% for example, of all sorts?

It's not currently possible currently to create derived metrics within HQ. (i.e. using 2 or more metrics to construct a third) If you have the SQL to calculate this metric, I could write up a small extension plugin that you could use to collect your own custom metrics.
