Create Windows Service

I may just be missing something, but I'm having a lot of trouble creating a Windows Service for my platform. Here are the steps I'm taking:

Click on desired Win32 Platform
Click on Tools Menu->New Platform Service
Create a New Service of type Windows Service
Click on Configuration Properties->Edit
Enter the Service name as it appears in Windows services manager for service_name
Click OK
I receive the following

The configuration has not been set for this resource due to : Invalid configuration: Error retrieving value: Failed to invoke getProcFd[Pid.Service.eq=AjlServices]: No such process: Pid.Service.eq=AjlServices

Again if Windows Services can be monitored I just need to know how. If I'm missing something simple I apologize in advance and thank anyone for their help.

Hi Wayne,

did you type your service correctly ? I tried out to configure a windows service dhcp, but i get another error message (access denied). But i've been succesful adding VMTools as a Windows Service.
So maybe you can check if you can add another service from the service list.
Do you run your HQ Agent as a privileged administrator user on your windows host ?
