Cisco IOS question

Have initialized display for 2 IOS switches and I am getting two different HQ metric results. The two switches have similar configs and were added the same way to HQ dashboad.
swcore01 shows the Cisco IOS platform stats and the interfaces in the underlying group. (Host platform shows partial availability, but appears to be up at all times)
swcore02 does not show the platform health statistics, but does show all the interfaces in the group. (Host platform shows green but only when interface group is exposed.)

any ideas on how to remedy this would be appreciated....

thanks from a newb...

Hi Larry,

sounds strange. Could you please double check the configuration properties ?
In doubt, I would delete both platforms (you're loosing all collected data) create one, wait a while and create the other one. Maybe you can try to create them as a generic "Network Device". "Cisco IOS" platform is in fact a "Network Device" with some additional metrics. There have been some reports about problems with IOS devices, so you can exclude an error raised by the plugin.
