Cannot Fix Alert

Hello,

I don't know why I can't set my alerts. In addition, I don't know why my e-mail alerting is not working. I would appreciate if someone could help me.
Is it because I did mistake in the e-mail configuration properties?

I am really lost and I thank you for helping me again.

Hi,

do you see fired alerts on your dashboard ?
Did you follow the guide and setup a SMTP server:
http://support.hyperic.com/display/DOC/Configuring+HQ+Server+for+SMTP+Server
