Availability Summary of Apache Tomcat

Hi,

Questions on Availibility Summary. The availability summary shows the Apache Tomcat with a red question mark, but the services are all available in the Monitor-resource Tab.
Why?

In HQ, server may have different check for availability than its underlying services. If there are down services, it doesn't necessarily mean that server is down.

I'm not sure how overall availability for tomcat is calculated, but at least from configuration you can see that HQ is trying to access jmx url. Maybe that is something what fails.

I verify the JMX link with jconsole that the JMX is working, metrics like JSP monitor, Servlets and JNDI resources are monitoring well.

Does it have any log files that I can find out what is wrong?

And, does Hyperic realize which port that Tomcat is using for communications?
