AutoServerDetector for Apache 2.0 entering infinite loop

Hi,

I have installed Hyperic HQ 5 Server and I am trying to get Hyperic Agent 5 to run on a Windows 2003 Server running Apache 2.0. After installing and setting up the agent for the first time it confirms it can connect with the Hyperic HQ server but then seems to hang.

After turning on all logging I noticed it was going through an infinite waiting loop right after it had started running an Auto Discovery for Apache 2.0

DEBUG [Thread-4] [NullScan@76] Running AutoServerDetector for: Alfresco 2.0.x

I wasn't sure if this was because it was trying to access the SNMP module which I haven't been able to install since I lack a Linux box to compile the modules. At the moment there appears to be two main questions:

  1. How can I diagnose the problem further?
  2. If I can get the SNMP module enabled will it resolve the problem?

In regards to number two, if anyone can pass over the compiled Apache modules for the SNMP module it will save a lot of work.

Thanks,

Graeme
