Is there a way to monitor Application CPU Usage and alert if it Exceeds set limit?
it is similar to Task Manager cpu usage
example:
blah.exe is consuming 99% cpu for 5 minutes
I'm asking specifically for Exchange, IIS, etc
also I'd like to know about memory usage

Yep, you can monitor processes and multi-processes. Go into the inventory tab of the platform and you can enter anything with regex. They even have a helpful overview on that page of the kind of stuff you can use to define what you want to watch.
I've done quite a few of these.
