I am monitoring the queue size of some JBM-queues. In the evening at 8 o'clock the queue size sometimes exceeds the alert-level and I get an email with the alert-message. After some hours the queue size is at a normal level but I still get alert-messages all the night (depending on the time for escalation) until I fixed the alert.
Is there a way for Hyperic HQ to fix these alerts by itself? I remember I have seen something about it in the tutorials or the documentation, but I don't find it again.
