A couple of UI compliments on 3.0

I see a bit of polish went into the upcoming 3.0. Some of these:

The green checkmarks and red X status images for the color-impaired (I am not one, but still nice for those who are).

The "Platform" and so forth on the right side of the display that makes it easy to glance up and see where I am.

The "tools" menu that consolidates a bunch of clutter into a dropdown. This is really nice, as it saves real estate for other important things.

The small balloon on the left side that pops up metric info, instead of this being combined with the "show me the metric data" arrow.

Little stuff, but appreciated.

The new icons were suggested by another HQ forums member, and we got
permission to use them by Mark James(http://www.famfamfam.com/lab/
icons/silk/), who is the artist behind some of the new icons that we
have incorporated into the UI.

There are number of other improvements in usability (try the Recently
Viewed Resources drop-down), as well as lots of little tweaks to
present a more useful UI, rather than wasted space.

We will continue to try to improve the user experience. Feedback is
always appreciated!
