VCM Console Unresponsive with Retrieving Collector Status

I have a 3 Tier Installation of VCM 5.8 with SQL 2016 Database on custom port.

The Installation has been completed however when i login into the VCM Console the UI becomes unresponsive and i can see the "Retrieving Collector Status" task running.

I am using Internet Explorer 11 and it is compatible with the VCM version.

Any Solutions on this ?

Check IIS Logs, VCM Collector services status on the collector machine.

In most of the scenarios, two tier installation provides the best result in term of performance/scalability. I would rather recommend to follow dual-tier approach.

Nothing in the IIS logs. Also the VCM Collector Service is running. Tried restarting all the 3 machines but still not working.
