Downloading Templates to make available for Offline VCM

Our instance of VCM does not have access to the Internet.  How can I download compliance templates and get them to VCM? I saw a few were available on SolutionsExchange, but I need the vSphere Hardening templates and those were not listed.

On a machine that does have internet access, browse to the Index of /CPC/VCM/5_7 and download the XML files for the templates you require (You'll also need the Updates.XML file).  Copy the XML files to the C:\ProgramData\CM\Content directory on the collector, run the Content Wizard Tool and select "Get Updates from Local File System".
