Adobe flash patch link broken/incorrect?

Cannot download Adobe patch that is called out for Bulletin APSB14-21

I am able to download windows patches

Adobe had withdrawn the older flash updates and the patch is no longer available. Please use APSB14-22 (released 10/14/14) to update the instances of flash player to the latest version. The content has been updated to remove APSB14-21 for which the patch is no longer available.
