Hi,
We need more information on this issue.

1 . Is the vCOPS integrated to VC that is used in the CBM.

2. Is the Dash Board reports configured  and enabled in CBM (Tools - Dashboard).

3. If the Dashboard reports is configured and enabled, was the Running Dashboard reports cancelled by any chance from Reports->Running reports tab?

Hi Pramod,

Basically VCops integration in CBM console does not requires any additional configurations...

  Once CBM is installed in VC along with vCops, by automatically, all the idle VM's realted report from vCops will be appeared in CBM Dashboard console.

   In Chargeback you need enable the hierarchies for which you need to enable the dashboard. When PramodCV refers to "dashboard report configuration" he means "enabling" the hierarchies for the dashboard.
