vCenter Chargeback 2.5 / vCloud 5.1 => Version not supported?

Hi All,

I'm evaluating vCloud director and am trying to install chargeback with vCloud support. When I do so i get a error that the vcloud version is not supported and i need version 1.5 or higer. I'm running vCloud director 5.1 installed on CentOS (not the eval appliance) and cbm 2.5.

Does anyone know this problemen? What am i doing wrong?

Hi,

Chargeback Manager 2.5 supports vCloud Director 5.1.

Can you please provide the XML output of the following URL from vCloud Director?

https://host_ip/api/versions

Thanks for your reply. I'm sorry for waiting so long.

It seems the version info displays version 1.5 as well as version 5.1. I noticed that in the 5.1 part the links are pointing to the 1.5 api, is that correct?

Re: the 5.1 API calls pointing to the 1.5 URLs.  This is consistent with my lab environment, which is vCD 5.1.0.

Can you provide a screen capture and log file that contains the error state?
