Unable to complete data collector installation for Vcentre Chargeback 1.5

Hi i've installed Vchargeback 1.5 with database SQL2008R2 when i try to install data collectors for Vcenter & Vshield i get this error "Vcentre chargeback database is not in proper state" and the installation cannot proceed.

Any advise on this

Can you upload the logs to assist with troubleshooting this?

Also, can you try Chargeback 1.6.2 or even 2.0? I am not completey certain, but 1.5 may not contain any data collectors for vShield. I will look around and try to verify that i nthe mean time. Thanks!
