No data in chargeback reports

Hi I have just installed chargeback and added two vCenter servers to it, I have been periodically checking on the size of its database and it appears to have been fully populated i.e. it is not growing at a rate anymore. My system health tab shows no problems with any of the data collectors (or anything for that matter) but when I run a report I am getting a value of 0,00 for everything. does anyone have any ideas where I have gone wrong?

Quick update, I had not back dated the base rates. Once I did this I was back in business, D'oh!

In case others hit this thread, the most common reasons:

1. no backdating of the cost model/billing

(Ensure that cost/rates are applied to the time frame of the report)

2. Billing by Allocation units against a vCenter based hierarchy

(Allocation units are 0/null by default for entities scanned from a vCenter Hierarchy)
