We have different instance of VMWare (VDC, Chargebacks) around the world. The software that I am developing is to pull the data from a "master" Chargeback and push the configuration to the other instances so they are all in sync. One of the items that need to pulled/pushed is in the "Edit Infrastructure Cost" configure the "Base Rate" for the datastore.
