I get NOT_FOUND when launch to chargeback homepage?

i can't launch to homepage , i am sure the installation complete.

i am useing SQL 2008 Entprise, all os was install in Windows 2003 R2

Hello,

Since you are sure that installation is complete you can probably have a look at Chargeback

log(s) located at INSTALL_DIR\apache-tomcat-6.0.18\logs\vCenterCB.log. Also ensure that the

port number that you gave during installation matches with port number that you use in the

Chargeback application URL.

Hi,

Could you please send us these files:

1. <INSTALL_FOLDER>\VMware_vCenter_Chargeback_InstallLog.xml

2. <INSTALL_FOLDER>\apache-tomcat-6.0.18\webapps\vCenter-CB\WEB-INF\classes\version.properties

3. <INSTALL_FOLDER>\Uninstall_VMware vCenter Chargeback\installvariables.properties

Please verify that your SQL 2008 server is running properly. You can try hitting following URL in your browser:

https://<YOUR_MACHINE_IP>/cbmui --> this is the default Chargeback URL. This URL mostly should work.

(If that doesn't work, please try: https://<YOUR_MACHINE_IP>:<HTTPS_PORT>/cbmui --> If you have changed the default HTTPS_PORT from default "443" to something else during installation.)

i will get "the page cannot be displayed" when i run by browse in my CB server

Please try the URL: http://<MACHINE_IP>:8080/cbmui

With this, you should be able to connect to CB server.

From the log files, it looks like load balancer is not running on the machine. This is a known issue and we are resolving it. (To verify the issue, you can check that "VMware vCenter Chargeback Load Balancer" is not present as a service in Service Control panel. )

i can lunch chargeback's homepage use way by

but can't correct login, my password are the same in enviroment,

could you tell where can reset the password ?

i found a shell script in /opt/vmware/cbm/scripts/

first-boot.sh can let me to reset a parameter.

Hi,

You can try re-installing Chargeback. Please take a note of the 'username' and 'password' you provide during installation.

You can use the same url after re-installation
