External Network Transfer stats not populating

Hi guys,

I am trying to collect external network transfer/transmit/receive usage stats via vChargeback, but hitting some problems with this.

I have referred to another thread on this subject first : http://communities.vmware.com/click.jspa?searchID=10989568&objectType=2&objectID=1708228

What I have found is that no IP addresses are populating under the networks folder in the organisation hierarchy, so what I see is:

ORG > NETWORKS > NETWORK NAME > (nothing)

whereas I understand that what I should be seeing is:

ORG > NETWORKS > NETWORK NAME > IP ADDRESS

Any pointers on how I might resolve this issue?  DC logs attached below.

Hi,

This is a known issue in CBM 1.6. It is fixed in CBM 1.6.2 and the recommendation is to upgrade to CBM 1.6.2 or higher. Please note that CBM 1.6.2 or higher do not support VCD 1.0/1.0.1 and VCD will need to be upgraded to 1.5 or higher.
