I earned my Bachelors in Computer Science in 1999 and joined Sequent Computer Systems in 1997 working on a proprietary Unix operating system in the areas of Clusters and SVM. In 1999 IBM bought Sequent and I joined the IBM Linux Technology Center (LTC) in 2000 to work on the Linux kernel (in C) and Open Source Community projects related to scalability. I had patches accepted into the Linux kernel on the dentry cache. I ran the Linux Kernel reading group. In 2006 I joined the Linux and VMware remote support team. I provide live production system troubleshooting, VMware log analysis, fault and vmkernel core dump analysis, vCenter, VCB, Update Manager, SRM, View, Storage vmotion, VM configuration, Performance best practices using the tools provided.
