As an experienced VMware/vSphere and Microsoft Windows Server Administrator, I've been working for the last four years on numerous projects for some of the biggest Italian enterprices and institutes, such as Poste Italiane S.p.A. , BNL-BNP Paribas and Istituto Superiore di Sanità, involving VMware/vSphere virtualization, infrastructure migration and storage migration projects. I have had extensive VMware/vSphere ESX/ESXi and vCenter administration experience, migrating physical and existing virtual machines using Physical to Virtual (P2V), Virtual to Virtual (V2V) and Cold clone strategies. This included a project team that covered over 800 migrations and delivering on technical documentation as guide to server consolidationover a 24 months period. I have also had significant exposure troubleshooting Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP environments as well as some troubleshooting experience pre and post virtualization over VMware/vSphere ESX/ESXi, Microsoft Windows Server and Linux Red-Hat OS and hardware side.
