Originally from WV, I attended college and earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Marshall University. Shortly after graduation I moved to Upstate New York - the Capital Region to be precise - and worked as a Linux Administrator, Virtualization Administrator, and Storage Architect for many years. I now work in Springfield, MA for Baystate Health and serve as the Cloud Technologies Architect for the IT Infrastructure team. My responsibilities include architecture, deployment, configuration, and operational oversight of our SDDC built on the VMware software stack and Cisco hardware. I've been working with vSAN and NSX day to day for about 3.5 years now.
