Please use the discussions forum for questions like this. There are several threads on this already and people have got it working by going very carefully through the 3 setup steps described in this document.

Have a look at this thread - http://communities.vmware.com/message/1860942#1860942 . It has a very similar case to yours and was resolved. There is also some steps that were used to diagnose the configuration error to get it working. You should follow these steps and you'll soon be up and running. You can either start a new discussion post on the discussions section or add further comments on the discussion I referenced.

If you haven't done all the 3 steps correctly, it will result in getting a black screen when you select the desktop pool. It's an indication that PCoIP is being blocked.
