Thanks for highlighting these common problems.  I had fallen foul of step 1 (Use PCoiP Secure Gateway for PCoIP connections to desktop).

For anyone else who missed it, it is in the ViewAdministration 4.6 document:

"Configure the Secure Tunnel Connection and PCoIP Secure Gateway", (Page 20)

and

"Connection Problem Between View Client and the PCoIP Secure Gateway", Step c. (Page 287)

I found this post as I was having the 'black screen' issue.
