Hi, I have the same problem (unable to generate the Cisco eCertificate) and I see you provided a solution; however, the link for the video you mention seems to be inactive or does not work.
I can access the tracking system, I see my certifications, but I do not have a download option.
Is there a way to download this eCertificate?
