I am getting exactly the same error on

# uname -a
Linux ...  6.5.15-2-liquorix-amd64 #1 ZEN SMP PREEMPT liquorix 6.5-1ubuntu1~jammy (2023-09-15) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

(Linux Mint 21.2).
