Could you please help to answer below queries?

  1. Share system configuration details
    1. RAM, Processor details, system model. (Device Specs)
  2. Are you installing WS17.0.2 the first time on the Host or, trying to upgrade from older version? If upgrade, please share the older version. 
  3. Try the below steps for Re-Install of WS followed by Uninstall. 
    1. C:\ProgramData\VMware and delete the folders for VMware Workstation and VMware Player
    2. C:\Users\dtomar\AppData\Roaming\VMware and delete all the files inside
    3. C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware and delete the folders for VMware Workstation and VMware Player
