Same problem here. lost a Win10 VM, and today my Win2008 R2 machine (which was useful for support, for some customers still using this version).
The worst is that it looks like I can't even create and reinstall a Win2008 R2 machine!
I will try to downgrade.
Don't install the 16.2.1 version. This version sucks.
