that used to work in the pre-china-releases.
By the way - I would highly recommend to always use this sequence:
- uninstall current version
- reboot
- check registry for items that failed to uninstall and delete them manually
- reboot
- install different version.
Just using the upgrade-function is IMHO an unacceptable risk.
