That will all depend on what kind of registry changes you are looking to collect and what you are wanting to do with them.

The basics are if you are just wanting to get them in from each device so you can report on them then you can use custom attributes. If you have a SaaS version you can use Intelligence (you can also use intelligence if you have On-Prem with the connector but some companies dont like their info going up into the cloud) and that will allow you to use things like Sensors. Again, all depends on what you want to do with them.
