I have users with view agents of 7.0.2 and 7.0.3 and the mouse changes to the circle in both. All of our users are linked clones with persistent disk in the same pool in Windows 7 x64. This began after upgrading to Horizon 7. I have checked and this is not a resource issue either on the VM or the host server. It doesn't happen to everyone but it happened with both agents. I am going to install 7.0.1 on one that it has happened to the most and see if it makes a difference. I'll report back if I have success.
