Hi,
If you are running Non-Persistent VDI machines, try to install the latest VMware Tools after the patching by doing the below steps on the master image and then try to recompose the VDI pool and check
Download the latest VMware Tools from the link: https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/details?downloadGroup=VMTOOLS1105&productId=742
Follow the VMware Horizon sequence:
- Uninstall App Volumes Agent (if any)
- Uninstall User Environment Manager Agent (if any)
- Uninstall vROPS Agent (if any)
- Uninstall VMware Horizon Agent
- Uninstall VMware Tools
Do a clean shutdown of the master image, take a new snapshot and recompose the VDI Pool.
After the last reboot, install the latest VMWare Tools and repeat the installation of other VMWare components like Horizon Agent, vROPS Agent, UEM Agent and App Volumes Agent as applicable and check
If you are running Persistent VDI machines, you may try the above steps on one of the VDI instances to check the result.
