The folder which begins with {d24 is the temporary folder for profile synchronizing. If it remains in repository, it means persona is replicating user profile or previous replicating failed (if user already logged off).
The folder which begins with {08C is lock folder when user is logging off. If it remains in repository, it means now there is a user is logging in or previous logoff failed.
You need to see persona log when this is happening.
