Multi-Display with VMWare Fusion 13 and Ubuntu not working

hi!

i really miss multi-display capability on my MacBook Pro M1 - it worked with the MacBook with intel CPU

now it only clones the output on all monitors

open-vmware-tools are installed and the OS Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS is up-to-date.
