ON PREMISE SDWAN ISSUES with local DHCP Server for ARUBA Access Points

In an On Premise SDWAN Topology running 4.5.1 Image and after a Power Outage of a certain Branch Edge, we have Issues with a local Velo DHCP Service to local ARUBA Access Points. It seems that the DHCP Option 43 for Controller is not forwarded correctly to the APs causing a continuous restart of APs.

When we deactivate the local DHCP in Velo and Activate it in a local Customer's router, the Operation of APs is recovered back to Normal.
