Hi Aaron,
you´re not the only one with this problem. My vSphere Client looks sluggish too after installing Windows7 with vSphere Client 4.1. Tried to fix it with the Cleartype Settings but nothing changes, still terrible fonts. Only vSphere Client affected all other Applications look fine.
