This is an extract that the case 1518498961 that I've posted yesterday, I'd really apreciate all your help trying to figure out what is happening with my
infrastructure (Virtual Center 2.5.0 Build 119598) 4 hosts ESX 3.5.0, 64607 clustered base.

I have a strange behaviour with our ESX 3.5 servers, all the VMs located on those hosts, specially Database Servers (SQL2005 & Oracle10g) are presenting frequent disconnections during the day. We had to reset windows services to re-establish communication with clients. When it happens at the performance tab in VC you can see several disruptions not only in network but also in CPU, Memory, Disk, etc. I've attached all logs for your revision as well as a screenshot of performance graph.
