Which message? Is it s.th. like "DRS disabled" as in the title?
A host remediation requires that the host is in Maintenance mode. If DRS is not enabled for whatever reason, it's up to the admin to take action so that Maintenance Mode can be enabled. This can be done by either migrating VMs manually to another host, or by shutting duwn the VM on the host.
