Come ti diceva Tinto, VMware Server e' un prodotto ormai non piu' in sviluppo.
Tieni pero' presente che se hai un HP G3 (qualunque sia poi effettivamente il modello del server) è un server vecchio e come tale proabilmente ci puo' girare solo una versione molto vecchia (la 3.5).
